We’re currently on a whirlwind trip around the US, packing three cities into 10 days. For our one full day in New York City, I figured we’d revisit some of our old favourite bars, eat at our fave restaurants, walk around Central Park, maybe hit up a museum or two.
Back when I was single I would occasionally spend entire nights listening to music, trying on every single item in my wardrobe and coming up with interesting (and sometimes crazy) outfit combinations.
Here in London it’s not quite cold enough yet to be wearing chunky outerwear. Now normally I would not be complaining about that (trust me, one thing I don’t miss about NYC is the insane winters) – but I’m having a really difficult time waiting.
Okay, so I realise I’ve been going on a bit about my recent trip to Copenhagen. But from the delicious food to our stylish hotel, there was a lot to love. And to finish it off, I thought I’d share a very brief account of how I fell in love with a new clothing store: Moss Copenhagen.
When MR and I go on weekend city-breaks, we typically fall into a familiar pattern. Sure, there are occasional variations – but for the most part, the days involve a combination of the following: drinking coffee, eating eggs, walking aimlessly, taking pictures, drinking wine, shopping, drinking beer, going on a boat tour, drinking wine and making High Fidelity-style lists. (Top 5 slices of pizza ever, go!)
